Based in Oxfordshire, 3D NC are precision engineers who offer quality machined components in small, medium and large batch runs throughout the UK. 3D NC operate from a modern clean precision engineering facility that helps our customers meet their objectives by delivering a reliable source of top quality parts with support throughout all stages of component manufacture.

Quality & Inspection

All the CNC machines are programmed off-line using Unigraphics NX CAM. The programs are then verified with industry leading simulation software Vericut. Once again reducing set up time and improving productivity.

Complex Precision Engineering

We have the resources to machine standard and complex components to exacting client specfiications in a number of materials which include: Titanium, Aluminium alloys, Stainless steel, Inconel, Copper, Brass, Alloy Steels and Engineering plastics

Our machine shop includes the latest in CNC machinery, this includes state of the art Matsuura 5 axis machining centres, operated by highly skilled and dedicated engineers. 3DNC have invested in 5 axis palletised CNC machines that have the capability to run twenty-four seven.
